Future Forge Ltd.

Making mass product production easier, more affordable and in harmony with the environment.

Problem

Industrial mass product manufacturing is highly energy and resource inefficient. Industrial production and product transportation together account for a large portion of greenhouse emissions that are poisoning our planet. Forging and injection moulding produce most of the medium to small size plastic and metal components in our lives. Only with a radical shift of the sustainability of the manufacturing techniques will be able to produce a much-needed emission reduction.

Solution

At Future Forge we believe that in order for a more sustainable technology to be widely adopted by the manufacturing industry it requires to be more efficient, easier to use and cheaper to run. This is why our company developed a proprietary technology to reduce energy consumption by 50%, while eliminating waste and simplifying machine complexity and use.

Market

The technology is applicable to different markets from metal forging (market size USD 83.9 billion in 2019) to plastic (USD 258.2 billion) and metal injection moulding (2.58 Billion in 2020).
